Do Not Call Policy
Last updated June 14, 2026
Call Savvys is committed to responsible, compliant outbound calling. This policy explains how we honor Do Not Call requests and how you can opt out of calls made on behalf of our clients.
Our commitment to compliance
We conduct our calling in line with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Federal Trade Commission Telemarketing Sales Rule, the National Do Not Call Registry, and applicable state laws.
List scrubbing
Before dialing, we scrub calling lists against the National Do Not Call Registry and applicable state do-not-call lists on the required cadence, and we maintain our own internal do-not-call list.
Internal Do Not Call list
If you ask not to be called, we add your number to our internal do-not-call list and honor that request. Internal opt-out requests are retained and respected on an ongoing basis.
How to opt out
To be added to our do-not-call list, you can:
- Tell the caller during a call that you do not wish to be contacted again.
- Email us at [email protected] with the phone number you want removed.
Please allow a reasonable processing period for your request to take full effect across active campaigns.
Calling hours
We place calls only within legally permitted local-time windows and honor applicable restrictions on calling times.
Wireless and mobile numbers
We treat wireless and mobile numbers in accordance with applicable law and honor opt-out requests for those numbers the same as any other.
Record keeping
We keep records of do-not-call requests and our compliance processes consistent with legal requirements.
Client obligations
Clients who engage Call Savvys agree to use leads and contact information lawfully and to support compliant calling practices.
