Effective Date: March 10, 2026 These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Call Savvys LLC ("Call Savvys," "we," "us," or "our"), a Delaware limited liability company, with a business address at 1111B S Governors Ave # 49793 Dover, DE 19904. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

1. Description of Services
Call Savvys LLC provides B2B Lead Qualification and Direct Outreach services designed to assist businesses, primarily in the real estate sector, with their sales development and marketing efforts. Our services include, but are not limited to, lead generation, prospect qualification, meeting coordination, sales pipeline support, list building, data enrichment, and CRM setup and operations. Our services are exclusively offered to business entities and are not intended for consumer use.

2. Eligibility
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are a business entity, legally capable of entering into a binding contract, and that you will use our services solely for legitimate business purposes. Our services are not available to individuals or entities engaged in telemarketing to consumers, or any activities that violate applicable laws or regulations.

3. Account Registration and Security
You may be required to register for an account to access certain services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account. Call Savvys cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

4. Payment and Billing
Our services are provided on a subscription basis, with fees charged monthly or as otherwise agreed upon. You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes associated with your use of our services. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). By providing payment information, you authorize Call Savvys to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with reasonable notice to you.

5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our B2B qualification and direct outreach services, which involve significant upfront resource allocation and customized strategy development, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once services have commenced or a subscription period has begun. In exceptional circumstances, such as a proven failure to deliver agreed-upon services, Call Savvys may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial credit or alternative resolution. Any such resolution will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of services. • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to data privacy, marketing, and communication, in your use of our services.
• Ensure that any prospect lists or data provided to Call Savvys are legally obtained and that you have the necessary rights to use them for direct outreach purposes.
• Refrain from using our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities.

7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, service marks, and logos on our website and provided as part of our services are the property of Call Savvys LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our content without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. Call Savvys does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Call Savvys LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from
(a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services;
(b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; or
(c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Call Savvys LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the services or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of the services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Can I bring my own list or do you provide data?

Both. Bring your own list: We'll skip trace, clean, and prep it for dialing at $0.03 per record. Or we pull it for you: Tax delinquent, probate, pre-foreclosure, vacant, absentee, high-equity, out-of-state owners, and any custom list type. We source, clean, and skip trace it in your target markets. Either way, your list is ready for dialing in 48 hours.

What if I want to pause or cancel the service?

No long contracts. Pause or cancel anytime before your next billing cycle, no penalties, no hassle. We keep clients by delivering results, not by trapping them in contracts.

How do I get started?

Can I white-label your services or refer clients?

Yes, two ways: Whitelabel: Offer Call Savvys services under your own brand, with your logo, your pricing, your client-facing communication. We operate as your back-end team. MyMagicVA is one of our current whitelabel partners, for example. Referral: Earn up to 20% recurring commission on any client you refer who stays at least 90 days. What's the process if we're not getting the results I expected?

Three things we do, in order: First week: If you're under-performing on leads, we audit the list, the script, and the caller's QA scores. Most issues are one of those three. Week 2: If it's a caller fit issue, we replace them within 48 hours at no cost. Week 3+: If it's a market or criteria issue, we adjust the campaign with you. Sometimes the lead criteria is too strict, sometimes the market is saturated. We'll tell you honestly. We don't believe in silent underperformance. If something isn't working, we bring it up before you do.
