Qualified solar appointments, booked for you.
Call Savvys keeps residential solar closers' calendars full of pre-qualified homeowner consultations. A dedicated, trained caller works your install area and screens homeowners for ownership, roof, and electric bill.
You get 10 to 20 qualified solar appointments per caller per month, guaranteed in writing. We handle the lists, dialing, qualifying, and CRM. Your closers just sit and sell.
Company-wide Call Savvys figures since 2022, across all industries. Not solar-only results.

Learn more ›What counts as a qualified solar appointment
A qualified solar appointment is a scheduled consultation with a verified homeowner inside the installer's service area who confirms an electricity bill meeting the campaign threshold, reports an owner-occupied property that may be suitable for solar, expresses interest in discussing solar, and agrees to a specific appointment date and time. Any required decision-makers and financing or credit criteria are established during campaign kickoff. The qualifying call recording must be available. We pre-screen by phone against the criteria we set with you at kickoff. See how we pre-qualify.
- Verified homeownerWe confirm the person owns the property before booking, so you never sit with a renter.
- Potentially suitable, homeowner-reportedThe homeowner reports an owner-occupied roof that looks usable for solar. Your team confirms actual roof, shading, and structural suitability at the consultation, we do not inspect it over the phone.
- Electric bill meets your thresholdThe homeowner confirms an electricity bill that meets the campaign threshold you set at kickoff.
- Required decision-makersAny decision-makers you require are set at kickoff and asked to attend the appointment.
- Inside your service areaThe home is inside the install area your crews serve, set at kickoff.
- Booked, confirmed, recordedA specific date and time on your closer's calendar, confirmed through the calling process, with the qualifying call recording available.
How the guarantee is counted
The guarantee covers qualified appointments booked and confirmed through the calling process. It does not guarantee attendance, a completed presentation, financing approval, installation, or a sale. Here is exactly what counts, in plain terms, so there are no surprises.
Booked and confirmed
We guarantee qualified appointments booked and confirmed through the calling process. We do not guarantee attendance, a completed presentation, financing approval, an install, or a sale.
When a no-show counts
A homeowner no-show counts only when every campaign criterion was met, the homeowner agreed to a specific date and time, the appointment was confirmed, it was not cancelled before its time, and the qualifying call recording is available.
Cancellations and reschedules
If a homeowner cancels before the appointment, it does not count unless it is rescheduled to a new specific date and time. A rescheduled appointment counts once, not twice.
When a qualified appointment still counts
An appointment that satisfied the campaign criteria at the time it was booked remains qualified if the client later changes availability, does not attend the appointment, does not complete follow-up, or changes the campaign criteria. We will assist with rescheduling when appropriate, but these client-side changes do not retroactively disqualify an appointment that met the agreed criteria.

Trained callers, tested scripts
Setting a solar appointment is its own skill. Our callers are trained on homeowner outreach and run scripts built for the solar conversation, then AI scores every call and a human reviews the flags.
Trained on the solar sit
Callers learn the qualifying questions that matter for solar, ownership, roof, bill, and decision-maker, so the sits your closers get are real.
Scripts that open, not pitch
We open by understanding the home and the bill, not by pitching a product. The homeowner talks, and the appointment is set on the truth of their situation.
AI scoring plus human review
Every call is scored for script, tone, and compliance, then a human reviews the flags and coaches the caller, so quality holds across thousands of dials.
Objections our callers handle
A few of the objections homeowners raise on a solar call, and how our callers respond, honestly. Go deeper in solar sales objections.
How we represent your company
A trust and process standard, not fine print. Honest setting is what makes a sit convert.
Truthful representation
Our callers introduce themselves as calling on behalf of your company to set up a solar consultation. They do not claim to represent a utility or a government program, and they do not promise free panels, guaranteed savings, financing approval, rebates, incentives, or tax eligibility. Those belong with your closer, presented accurately at the consultation. We set the appointment on the real facts of the homeowner's situation, which is exactly what makes it show up and convert.
Compliant by default
Outbound only helps if it keeps you safe. Compliance is built into every campaign. See is cold calling legal and our do not call policy.
DNC scrubbing on every list
We scrub against the National Do Not Call Registry and applicable state lists before the first dial, honor opt-outs, and keep an internal do-not-call list.
Legal calling windows
Callers dial only inside legal local-time windows for the homeowner, so you are never calling at the wrong hour.
Recorded and logged
The qualifying call recording is required for an appointment to count. It supports qualification verification, client review, dispute resolution, and caller coaching, and we follow the applicable consent-disclosure process for each jurisdiction.
How it compares
Exclusive, pre-qualified sits, versus the usual ways installers fill the calendar. Compare solar appointment setters or best cold calling for solar.
| Option | Pre-qualified | Exclusive | Reach per day | Your effort |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Call Savvys | Yes, to your criteria | Yes, only you | Hundreds of calls | Closers just sit |
| Door knocking | At the door | Yes | A few streets | Reps in the field |
| Shared aggregator leads | Often not | No, sold to many | n/a | Race and discount |
| In-house setters | If trained | Yes | Limited | You hire and manage |
Typical outcomes, not guarantees.
Guaranteed 10 to 20 qualified solar appointments per caller per month, in writing
That is a floor of at least 10 per caller every month, and it scales as you add callers, not a shared per-account cap. If Call Savvys misses the guaranteed target, we continue dialing at no additional cost until the target is reached. The guarantee covers appointments booked and confirmed through the calling process, measured against the qualifying criteria we set with you at kickoff. Month to month, no contract, cancel anytime.

A strong fit if
You have closers who convert sits and your bottleneck is keeping the calendar full of qualified homeowners, not closing them.
Often a fit if
You rely on door knocking and want to scale beyond it, or you are buying shared aggregator leads and tired of racing other installers.
Probably not yet if
You have no closers to take the sits, or your install area is too small to support consistent outbound. We will say so on the call.
Other industries we serve
Real estate is our core, and we run the same managed system for roofing and other home and property businesses.
